Syrian Emergency Task Force’s Notification of Demonstration at the Syrian Embassy

When: From 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday May, 28th, 2011

Where:The Syrian Embassy is located at 2215 Wyoming Avenue Northwest Washington D.C., DC 20008-3930.  To locate the Embassy on a map or if directions are needed, click here.

Why: As of now, the people of Syria continue to have their personal liberties and basic human rights taken away at the hand of Bashar Al-Assad and his regime. The Syrian people are being unjustly imprisoned without cause and being held in prisons to be beaten and tortured in attempts to discourage uprising. We ask that anyone who is a Syrian American, Pro-democracy, or in support of the Syrian people, come out and demonstrate against the oppressive Syrian Regime.
